We
really appreciate receiving feedback from our customers. Here are several
comments from Steelpan Instruments Technology customers who were
kind enough to let us post their letters.

Jason
Roseman made me a beautiful lead pan...warm and resonant.
The tones ring sweet and true.
He
also provided my entire junior high steelpan band with
their instruments and accessories. His prices were right
and his service was quick and reliable.
Mr.
Roseman is a man that cares about his clients...I would
recommend his instruments, accessories and tuning services
strongly.
Thank
you, Jason!

A
person who is intensely involved or preoccupied with a particular
subject (such as making steelpans) may be called an enthusiast
(en-thoo-ze-ast). This describes Jason Roseman.
Jason
has made two Lead Tenors for me, the second was made with
the low C. The pans are excellent. He improved his quality
and sound with every one made.
I
recommend giving him a chance to show you what he is surely
capable of, excellent sounding steel instruments.

I am not just a client, I am a pleased client.

Dear
Jason,
I
want to express to you how happy we were with the performance
of your Steel Band on Saturday, April 13, 2002. Your band was
a huge success at our 4th annual Island fest.
The Caribbean Students Association and
the Office of Student Activities thoroughly appreciated your
flexibility and willingness to perform at our University on
such short notice. Your music was a great addition to an event
which was founded as a way to unite the many Caribbean students
we have on our campus as well as to enhance the learning experience
of our students about the rich Caribbean culture.
We look forward to working with you again
in the future.

Hello
Jason,
I just received one of your steel drums
(pans) as a birthday gift this past weekend, and I wanted
to thank you personally.
Over the past several weeks you've been
communicating with Becky Ridout, who was the person that purchased
it, & gave it to me. Thanks to you & your website, she
was able to find this instrument that I have looked for, &
couldn't find, for many years. It has a terrific sound, and is
the perfect size. It's definitely well crafted... You do great
work!
Thanks again for everything, & I may
contact you when you finish producing the the new stand to play
the mini-pan while standing.

From
the Steel
Drum Message Board
What
a great message board! Just ten days ago my wife and I came
up with the idea of hiring a steel drum band for our neighborhood
block party scheduled for Saturday the 22nd. Through a "Google"
search, I found this message board and voila, in came several
responses.
Luckily,
one response was from Jason Roseman, the master pan builder
in Providence, Rhode Island. Jason's band "Jason
Roseman & Tropical Gems" would be available for
our party. After a very pleasant and professional exchange of
emails and phone calls, in rolled Jason and his crew on Saturday
afternoon. My goodness, what a fine time we had! If there was
an election today in our little neighborhood in Lexington, Massachusetts,
I would be voted in as Mayor by a landslide!
Jason
Roseman & The Tropical Gems are simply fantastic! We generally
don't have enough music in our lives, but having such rich,
buoyant tones emanate from our very front yards brought out
the best in all of us. Despite the threat of rain, everyone
was so happy! I now feel closer to my neighbors in a way that
wouldn't have happened without JR and the Gems. Wow! We're already
thinking of scheduling another occasion to have this band come
back. Thank you Steel Drum Message Board! Thank you webmaster
Alex! And, most of all, thank you Jason Roseman for bringing
out the best in all of us!

From
the Steel
Drum Message Board
We
had a Carribean theme cookout this past weekend and had posted
here for a Steel Drum Band. We used Jason Roseman & Tropical
Gems and were very pleased with their performance. They were
prompt, professional and put on a great show. I have received
many compliments from my guests that the band along with the
frozen drinks made the party a great success.
Thanks
Jason, we will be in touch with you next summer!

Jason,
Thanks for the great, timely delivery on
the
C5 Chromatic Mini Pan that I ordered for a customer.
The color, size and tuning were just what we were
looking for in that price range! I will definitely be doing
business with Steelpan Instruments Technology
again!
